Are you a proactive professional with a passion for client relationships and communication? Our clients fast-paced Sales department is seeking an Administrative Account Handler to deliver top-notch service to our valued clients. If you have experience in the print industry, that is a significant plus!

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. From taking briefs and preparing quotes to processing orders and managing financials, your work will be integral to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing accounts from brief to delivery.
  • Process customer orders, liaise with suppliers, and oversee delivery and installation.
  • Manage financial tasks, including raising client invoices and approving purchase invoices.
  • Provide accurate month-end data for your projects and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Support your team by covering for colleagues during absences and handling general office duties.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong client focus.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workloads efficiently, even under pressure.
  • Team player with the capability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, with a good understanding of financial processes.
  • A background in the print industry is advantageous.
