Our client is a well-established financial provider are looking for a part-qualified Finance Manager to support and progress within the business. Operating in the financial services industry, they are headquartered in Bristol and provide services to a diverse range of members.

Description

  • Strategically guide the financial planning and budgeting process
  • Manage all accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable, depreciation and grant income.
  • Oversee and manage accounting operations
  • Deliver regular financial reports and analysis
  • Support the leadership team in financial decision-making
  • Oversee monthly payroll, including ensuring that payments to staff, HMRC, pension providers etc are paid made and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Drive efficiency and cost reduction initiatives
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in the finance department

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Part-qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within financial services
  • A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office

Job Offer

  • A salary range of £34,200 - £42,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday (rising to 27 days after 2 years and 30 days after 5 years) plus statutory bank holidays
