Our client is a well-established financial provider are looking for a part-qualified Finance Manager to support and progress within the business. Operating in the financial services industry, they are headquartered in Bristol and provide services to a diverse range of members.
Description
- Strategically guide the financial planning and budgeting process
- Manage all accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable, depreciation and grant income.
- Oversee and manage accounting operations
- Deliver regular financial reports and analysis
- Support the leadership team in financial decision-making
- Oversee monthly payroll, including ensuring that payments to staff, HMRC, pension providers etc are paid made and on time.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Drive efficiency and cost reduction initiatives
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in the finance department
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Part-qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within financial services
- A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
Job Offer
- A salary range of £34,200 - £42,000 per annum
