Your New Role
Working for a rapidly growing Systems and Networks MSP based in Newbury, you will be joining a great team, providing VoIP and IT Systems solutions to local clients. In this varied role, you will be key to service delivery, ensuring solutions across on-prem, cloud and VoIP systems are designed appropriately. You will be hands on in the installation of LAN Switches and supporting a variety of VoIP platforms. Other more IT BAU support will also be involved in this role, troubleshooting of OS and Microsoft apps. As a client facing role, it is key that you are delivering excellent customer service all the time.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally, you will come from a background working within an MSP with a wide variety of clients with differing needs. A UK drivers licence is an absolute essential to be considered. You'll have extensive demonstrable experience within 3CX phones, building and developing solutions. Excellent communication is essential with the ability to work on customer issues around data and wireless network systems. Ideally, you will have exposure to a wide landscape of technologies across IT Infrastructure.
