Position Overview:
This role is responsible for delivering a high standard of client service through administrative and operational support.
Company Secretarial Duties:
- Manage the incorporation and dissolution of companies, and ensure director/secretary information is up-to-date with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
- Register and update Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information with the Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO).
- Prepare stock transfer forms, resolutions, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain statutory registers and keep internal files updated.
- Ensure compliance with corporate legislation.
- Oversee a varied client portfolio, managing deadlines and statutory records.
- File required documents with the CRO, including annual returns.
- Assist with VAT applications and collaborate with accountants to prepare necessary paperwork.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate in Company Secretarial Law and Practice (Law Society of Ireland or Chartered Governance Institute) or equivalent.
- Experience as a company secretary in fiduciary and corporate advisory roles is a distinct advantage.
- Prior experience in office management and administration is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, including remote collaboration.
- Experience in an international environment is a plus.
