Collins Property Recruitment seeks an established Property Administrator / Operations Administrator to join a specialist Residential and Commercial Property Investment company in Central London. This is a fantastic and varied role with plenty of scope to progress and give exposure to many different aspects of property ownership, buying and selling.
As the Property Administrator, you will earn between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday.
The Property Administrator role includes assisting the team in the following areas:
- Overseeing Real Estate license requirements, processing licenses for leaseholders, and liaising with surveyors and lawyers.
- Managing transactions, working with agents, checking TOB's, and producing reports.
- Valuation support, assisting in preparing information for valuation purposes, including tenancy schedules.
- Commercial Property, managing new lets and leases, overseeing rent reviews.
- Lease extensions, liaising with surveyors and lawyers, providing information to brokers, and making insurance claims.
We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical with good attention to detail.
- Previous sales, lettings property experience essential.
- Organised, efficient and reliable.
- Confident meeting clients.
- Someone who is self-motivated but also happy to work as part of a team.
