Construction Planner
Planner required for West Sussex / Surrey
This permanent position is to work for a busy, successful developer who build on behalf of Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
The successful candidate will join the preconstruction team and work closely with the Construction Director and other members of the team.
Duties will include, but not limited to being responsible for and updating project plans, prepare preconstruction information for bis, tenders and new projects. Assessing site conditions, constraints, analysis of design information and optimum build sequence.
Applicants should have a good working knowledge of Asta Powerprojects and must have worked in a similar type position previously. The majority of projects are new build housing and apartments.
