Part Time B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Part-time TeleSales Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our busy and well-established team. The role includes lead generation by cold calling potential business clients to book appointments for our Sales Director.

Hours are between 15-20 per week, and we are flexible with the specific working hours and days.

This role involves a high level of outbound calls so candidates must be experienced in cold calling businesses.

This role offers an hourly rate £12.00 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience plus commission based on the number of appointments booked for our Sales Director.

Duties include:

  • Cold calling potential business clients within certain sectors (e.g. healthcare and hospitality)
  • Generating leads and booking appointments for the Sales Director
  • Contacting lapsed clients to re-engage communication and increase spend
  • Building relationships with potential clients
  • Updating internal systems and reporting figures
  • Sending correspondence and marketing materials when required

Skills/Experience:

  • Highly motivated individual who has experience of cold calling/lead generation and making appointments for the sales team
  • Excellent communication skills essential
  • Ability to work within a highly driven environment
  • IT skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work on own initiative
