Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, liaising with relevant departments to define project scope and outcomes
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk assessments
- Monitor project progress, address potential blockers, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, communicating updates and managing expectations
- Maintain project status reports, ensuring clear documentation and process adherence for smooth handovers
- Compile and analyse lessons learned to improve future project efficiency
