Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Welham Green - Hertfordshire
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 am - 5 pm
Contract Details: Full-time Permanent, with the opportunity for Temp - Perm
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery, ensuring the highest standards of precision and efficiency.
- Safely load and unload raw materials, contributing to our commitment to safety and quality.
- Utilise your skills to cut aluminium extrusions to bespoke lengths, showcasing your attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Use gauges and measuring instruments to maintain strict tolerance requirements, ensuring the quality of our products.
- Conduct routine maintenance on modern machinery, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Work collaboratively with our team to maximise yield and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with quality control equipment such as micrometres and other measuring tools is preferred.
- Attention to Detail
- Experience with Behringer saw machines is advantageous.
- Experience with deburring tools and a current counterbalance forklift licence are desirable.
