The Company:
ER Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with our client, who are an innovative, forward-thinking organisation who are growing exponentially.
They are now looking for someone to support their HR function as an HR Administrator. The successful candidate will be very organised, self-motivated and confident.

Role & Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

  • An excellent communicator at all levels both verbally and in writing, with high standards of quality, attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficient and competent with database work and spreadsheets in order to provide the relevant reports and undertake in house company processes diligently and efficiently.
  • Administer the recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction processes, supporting the HR Manager across various roles and levels.
  • Assist with the appraisal and salary review cycles, tracking changes and ensuring systems are updated.
  • Ensuring HR and attendance software accurately reflects current employees' details in all areas.
  • Providing general HR administration and resolve HR related queries at a basic level, escalating any issues as they arise to the HR Manager.
  • Administer employee of the month/year and long service awards ensuring all items are prepared and presentations organised accordingly.

About You as the HR Administrator:

  • 2-3 years previous experience in a busy and varied Administration role. HR experience is advantageous.
  • Able to grasp new processes and systems that are already in place quickly but diligently is key.
  • Focus is on getting the job done well, accurately and efficiently - this is a 'people first' company so the service HR provides is paramount.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard of quality of work.
  • Excellent IT skills, accurate data entry and administration skills as well as experience using spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to achieve deadlines.
