Position: Teaching Assistant
Duration: September 2024 - July 2025 (with potential for permanent position)
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 4.00pm
Salary: £90-95 per day

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Inclusion Team to deliver tailored support to students with a range of special needs in class.
- Assist students in class, helping them access the curriculum and participate fully in school activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, addressing their specific learning requirements.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff members to implement individual education plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the Inclusion Team and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with young people or in an educational setting (desirable).Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
