The role will lead the recruitment efforts across all levels and skill sets within the company. Working closely with the Director of People and the wider People Team you will implement effective recruitment strategies, including the introduction and management of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

This role requires someone with a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering first-class recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ATS Implementation: Lead the selection, implementation, and management of a new Applicant Tracking System to streamline recruitment processes.

  • KPI Reporting: Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to the leadership team.

Key Background:

  • In-House Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in an in-house recruitment role, ideally within a fast-paced, construction business / growing company.
  • ATS Experience: Hands-on experience with implementing and managing an ATS.
  • Multi-Disciplinary Recruitment: Ability to recruit across various levels and skill sets, from entry-level to senior positions. Growth Mindset: Enthusiasm for being part of a business set to quadruple in size over the next four years.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with minimal direction and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done.

Why Join?

  • Impact: Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a business on the verge of significant growth.
  • Culture: Be part of a values-driven company that truly cares about its people and the communities it serves.
  • Development: Opportunities for professional growth as the company expands.
