Job Summary: As a UGC Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and authentic content tailored to audiences across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. You'll be creating original videos, collaborating with customers and influencers, and staying on top of the latest trends to keep our brand relevant. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is creative, and has a strong understanding of social media dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, film, and edit user-generated content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels, Stories, and Posts).
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, viral challenges, and platform updates to ensure content is fresh, innovative, and relevant.
  • Collaborate with Customers & Influencers: Engage with our community to encourage user participation and repurpose customer content, testimonials, and product reviews.
  • Content Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with the brand voice, campaign goals, and engagement strategies.
  • Engagement & Analytics: Track content performance and audience engagement metrics to identify successful formats and optimize future content.
  • Brand Storytelling: Use user-generated content to build a compelling narrative that resonates with our target audience.
  • Creative Brainstorming: Participate in team meetings to pitch and develop content ideas, influencer partnerships, and campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience creating high-quality content for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong video editing skills using apps like CapCut, InShot, or other social media editing tools.
  • Understanding of UGC strategies and how to engage audiences with authentic, relatable content.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on social media trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with customers, influencers, and the internal marketing team.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera, with strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok algorithms, and other platform tools (hashtags, trends, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic analytics to track and report on content performance.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing trends and best practices
