We are seeking a Reward Associate to join our team, offering a competitive salary and corporate benefits. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is experienced in managing benefit processes, with strong admin skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the annual benefits renewal process, supporting payroll processes, and acting as the first point of contact for all benefits queries.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual benefits renewal process in the UK, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide support for benefit and payroll processes, including pension submissions and monthly benefit reporting.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all benefits-related queries, offering guidance and support to employees.
  • Support centrally administered benefit plans, working with third-party providers on healthcare, dental, risk benefits, and pension issues.
  • Deliver input to reward surveys to maintain up-to-date knowledge of external market conditions and ensure competitive offerings.
  • Liaise with the Wellbeing team to promote benefit offerings and enhance employee engagement.
  • Produce monthly organisation charts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Process supplier and contract requests through the SAP Ariba system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct benefits presentations for new joiners and at annual renewal, providing clear and informative sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of benefit processes and experience with pension submissions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using SAP Ariba or similar systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
