About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Mobile Caretaker on behalf of our client, who operates across Berkshire, Surrey, and West London. As a Mobile Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of various properties and sites. This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
Daily Duties:
- Perform general landscaping to keep sites and properties looking their best.
- Tidy and maintain properties and locations to ensure they are well-presented.
- Undertake general handy work around properties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Clean properties when required to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Valid manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to various challenges.
- Experience in similar roles is beneficial but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
