About Us
We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to work for a well-established Mat manufacturer based in Middleton Manchester.
Job Location: Middleton, Manchester
Overtime Pay Rate: Overtime available
Temp to Perm work available
Working Hours: Rotating Shifts
Monday to Friday
06:00-14:00 £11.72 per hour
14:00-22:00 mixture between both rates
22:00-06:00 £14.06 per hour
(Sunday, £23.44 per hour)
- Please note you MUST be able to work all shifts as they rotate on a weekly basis.*
About the role
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment.
This is a repetitive role, however, the process is interesting and not the typical mundane production line work
Working as a team in a pod of 4
You will be working on a production line making rubber mats
Trimming of material and other duties involved
What we need from you
- Previous production Operative experience
- Must be reliable, good time keeping and attendance
- Be confident in communicating with your colleagues
- Have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Be a strong team player.
