Hyde is looking to recruit a Service Support Advisor.

As a Service Support Advisor at Hyde, you will be working within our Property Maintenance team to assist with customer repair enquiries, manage escalations, and provide administrative support to our trade supervisors and other internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle property repair enquiries and escalations from the Customer Services Centre.
  • Support trade supervisors with administrative tasks and booking repairs.
  • Provide advice and support to customer service officers and handle escalated calls when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve service standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within repairs or a call centre environment.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and experience in handling escalations.
