Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company including budgeting, forecasting, and internal auditing.
- Ensure financial compliance and adherence to regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to align financial and business goals.
- Analyse financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Overseeing payroll, HR administration and general day to day operations
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Strong experience of producing Management Accounts
- Suitably qualified by experience - Active studiers welcome
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
