Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

  • Oversee the financial operations of the company including budgeting, forecasting, and internal auditing.
  • Ensure financial compliance and adherence to regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align financial and business goals.
  • Analyse financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
  • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
  • Overseeing payroll, HR administration and general day to day operations

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Strong experience of producing Management Accounts
  • Suitably qualified by experience - Active studiers welcome
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Great leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
