Position: Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC)
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC systems to join our dynamic team based in Central London.
Role Overview: As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate HVAC projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, systems, and equipment.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
