Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability while ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Train and supervise bar staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee beverage preparation, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative drink menus that complement our food offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance the customer experience with new and exciting bar features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar Bar Manager role within the hospitality industry.
- Extensive knowledge of bar operations, including drink preparation and mixology.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- A successful history of driving sales and meeting targets.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, staff, and suppliers.
