Role - Head of Delivery aka Head of Implementation, Project Manager, Head of Professional Service / Head of Services, Delivery Manager
Salary - 65 - 75K + 10% Bonus 25 Days + B'Day + 3 Volunteering days, Pension, 5x Life, Accreditations / Training
Location - Remote with ability to attend meetings in Northants / Bucks twice a month
The role
The Head of Delivery will lead the Professional Services team of Implementation Consultants, Project Managers and Associates, predominantly focusing on the function's project delivery. productivity, capacity and capability, with a strong focus on delivering quality client outcomes wh. This mainly involves post-sales service activities including, but not limited to, implementation, quality assurance, UAT and client engagement.
The job holder will also be key in managing relationships with clients and key partners as well being part of the senior leadership team providing input across all areas for improvement and business development with a key focus around Operational strategy.
Key requirements
- People Management – Some experience of managing from a people management perspective
- Project Management – experience in delivering technology projects with within software or technology driven managed services
- Industry experience – Experience working within or for HR departments as part of a vendor or consultancy have experience / understanding of their requirements culture etc
