This role offers a great opportunity for progression, development and a sense of achievement. Students who attend this school have various backgrounds, and may have ADHD, SEMH and struggle to access the mainstream classroom. Do you want to work in a challenging, yet rewarding role? Your role & responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement behaviour support plans.
- De-escalator, Prevent and Support students in regulating emotions
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioural needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the school setting.
Non-negotiables:
- Proven experience working with children
- A minimum of 6 months UK based experience
- Good understanding of SEMH
- Resilient, Reliable and Engaging Individual
