Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Pensions Administrator. This is a contract role working full time hours.

The job:

  • Record keeping, data collation and migration relating to pensions and various financial records
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the service, dealing with routine correspondence, answering telephone and managing inboxes
  • Processing clerical information, changes of address, bank details, tax codes, changes of circumstances etc.
  • Determine eligibility, calculate and process refunds and contributions, process contracts, updating details as necessary.

The candidate:

  • Experience working in a financial or customer focused environment
  • Understanding of the Local Government Pension Scheme, HMRC.
  • Strong numeracy and data skills.
