Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a fast growing business as they look for a Financial Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be within commutable distance of Epsom.
Main Duties:
- Management of a small team of two within Finance department.
- Month and year-end Profit and Loss accounts
- Manage company's ongoing monthly and annual cash flow and produce budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are correctly recorded, executed and monitored.
- Prepare all payments for approval and make all account payments through the bank.
- Process quarterly VAT returns.
- Manage Fixed Asset Register.
- Manage Workplace pensions.
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Month end procedures - including prepayments and accruals.
About You:
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Task Orientated
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Staff management experience
