Sales Process Administrator
TC Personnel are proud to be representing our client, a well established Fashion House based in the Southend on sea area.

Knowledge within the fashion industry will be an advantage.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Accurately process orders onto our in-house system in a timely fashion
- Liaise directly with the customers by telephone, website and e-mail, ensuring quality customer service in every situation
- Work closely with colleagues in the Sales team and in the Warehouse to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently
- General administrative duties, answering phone calls etc.
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally have worked in a sales/merchandising environment previously
- Be confident using Microsoft, particularly Outlook
- Be a proficient PC user
- Have strong communication skills
- Be open to learning how to use new software (full training will be provided)
Working hours 8.30am - 4.30pm
Office based
Free parking
Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience but in the region of £28,000
