Residential Conveyancer / Full time / permanent / up to £35,000 DOE
Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Within this role you will be providing support to fee earners within the team and assist with overflowing work. Despite not having your own file load for this role, you should be able to demonstrate skills in relation to all stages of residential conveyancing.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in overflow of works including reports and enquiries
- Be comfortable in covering workload whilst team members are on annual leave
- Confident in dealing with all stages of residential conveyancing relating to both freehold and leasehold
- Mange the file from opening through to completion
- Cover remortgages, transfers, lease extensions and releases of equity
- Always comply with legal standards
- Be confident in managing your own workload and communicate with wider teams
- This is a non-client facing role
Essential skills:
- Two years of experience in a similar role as a Residential Conveyancer
- Experienced in running your own caseload
- Able to work in a fast-paced team
- Understand and deliver exceptional client care
- Be very organised and self-motivated
- Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Within this role you will be supporting a Conveyancer with all types of matters relating to property and ensure that clients are always kept informed on the next steps in the process.
Package:
- £30,000 - £35,000 base salary dependent on experience
