Band 5/6 Occupational Therapist
Duties:
To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team. Provide Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment to patients in their own home following a stroke. Complete appropriate patient records in line with professional standards and Trust policy. Attend relevant team meetings to support patient care.
Start date: ASAP - booking for 12 weeks
Location: Community Stroke Team, Gee Business Centre.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
