IT Support Engineer Advertised by IT Talent Recruitment Agency - Up to £25,000 p.a.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier technical support to clients promptly and competently.
- Support business needs of the Partners effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to 1st-line support requests in person, via phone, email, and remote access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer and manage systems: desktops, laptops, printers, network devices.
- Maintain records, reports, and client communication.
- Manage website and eBay shop.
- Compose external communications and instructional materials.
- Conduct R&D on new technologies and business practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths; Computer Science and Physics preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
**Required Skills and Experience:
- IT services and first-line support experience preferred.
- Strong IT and computing knowledge.
- Proficiency in networking, Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and macOS.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and quickly learn new technologies.

Salary: £22,800 - £25,000 per year
