An exciting position has become available for a well-established, family run and growing business for a Customer Service/Sales Administration position. This role will be to join and support the business with administrative duties and providing excellent customer service to customers and suppliers. The ideal person will have experience in an after sales position or business support role and will have a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure bookings are correct (no duplicates)
  • Dealing with DPD and DHL courier investigation cases
  • Dealing with International deliveries
  • Creating and uploading purchase orders
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Purchase order follow up
  • Checking pre-order notifications
  • Dealing with Claims from failed DPD cases.
  • Maintaining warehouse workflow.
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Producing return labels
  • Monitoring Collections
  • Regular eBay and amazon check to keep a good status
  • Taking over the phone payments/ calculating/checking end of day totals
  • Chasing Quotes
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations and communication between the warehouse, and other internal departments.
  • Develop and execute plans to reduce outstanding aged debt balances.

Key attributes/experiences:

  • Someone with experience in processing orders and sales operations.
  • Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (handling difficult situation)
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
  • Someone who is proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Someone with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
