Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Digital Helpdesk Apprentice to join the team in East Kilbride. You will be supporting the Office Manager, sales and service team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer, site and asset data is accurate on JobLogic job management system
- Acting as first point of contact for any supplier queries/issues.
- Process invoices on Xero bookkeeping software
- Updating and closing of reactive, PPM and minor works on JobLogic job management system
- Using Xero to raise and process all purchase orders and Invoices
- Assist in updating company social media accounts with relevant material
- Obtain order confirmations from customers and process hire documentation
- Obtain confirmed delivery dates and update customers accordingly
- Update stock and asset lists, list new stock and support monthly stock checks
- Assist with credit control of unpaid invoices
- Support the Service Co-ordinator with reactive maintenance, PPM/Compliance and minor works
- Review and update website content including on-line sales portal
