Ailsa Manufacturing have over 27 years' experience in providing Glasgow, Edinburgh and the whole of Scotland with forklift hire and sales. They're proud to say they're good at what they do, and their clients agree.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Digital Helpdesk Apprentice to join the team in East Kilbride. You will be supporting the Office Manager, sales and service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer, site and asset data is accurate on JobLogic job management system
  • Acting as first point of contact for any supplier queries/issues.
  • Process invoices on Xero bookkeeping software
  • Updating and closing of reactive, PPM and minor works on JobLogic job management system
  • Using Xero to raise and process all purchase orders and Invoices
  • Assist in updating company social media accounts with relevant material
  • Obtain order confirmations from customers and process hire documentation
  • Obtain confirmed delivery dates and update customers accordingly
  • Update stock and asset lists, list new stock and support monthly stock checks
  • Assist with credit control of unpaid invoices
  • Support the Service Co-ordinator with reactive maintenance, PPM/Compliance and minor works
  • Review and update website content including on-line sales portal

Salary:

£16,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
