Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Handling customer interactions from multi-channels, i.e. inbound, outbound calls and emails
- Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have
- Providing updates to the customer on their application
- Collecting payments from the customer who have fallen into arrears
- Handling any customer complaint and providing resolution
- Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have
- Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Are immediately available and can commit to a 3 month temporary role
- Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
- Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles
- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong IT skills
