As a HR Advisor you will report directly into the Head of HR and be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, retention, recruitment, offboarding, employee relations support and TUPE project work. As a HR Advisor, your role will include:
- Supporting all processes with the employee lifecycle whilst ensuring appropriate application of HR policies and procedures
- General HR Administration activities including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance, talent development, employee engagement, diversity, and training
- Support full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and onboarding including sourcing applicants, complete assessments, interview, and hire, assuring full regulatory compliance
- Support the wider HR Team with TUPE projects and administration
- Conduct and support investigations, hearings, and appeals, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legislative changes.
The right person for this HR Advisor role will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally have a CIPD qualification or working towards this.
