VisionFR are delighted to be acting on behalf of a vibrant VFX and post production agency with offices based in London & Germany. They offer a great working environment and are now looking for a quick start HR & Talent Advisor. Reporting into the Head of Finance and the wider senior management team. The main focus of the role is to support the agency with talent recruitment, HR relations and payroll administration.

HR & Talent Advisor Responsibilities

  • Hiring VFX / Post-Production crew and Support / Leadership staff by posting job adverts
  • Contacting and responding to candidates and setting up interviews with the Head of Departments.
  • Administrative tasks (sending letters - promotions etc.), onboarding (sending offers and contracts) and off-boarding
  • Managing employee benefits, processing payroll
  • Managing the People HR Portal and advising management on employee relations and management issues
  • Create, implement and administer employee policies and procedures.

Key Requirements for HR & Talent Advisor

  • Preparing payroll or executing the whole process (including pensions) for around 60 staff
  • Extensive knowledge of human resources and employment law
  • Experience with complex Employee Relation cases
  • Strong knowledge of the company's hiring process
  • The ability to use initiative
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Professionalism and an overall positive attitude
  • An interest in people and creating a positive work culture
  • Previous experience within a creative environment is a distinct advantage
  • In addition to your normal duties, you may be required to undertake other duties at the company's discretion
  • Ability to work on-site in London on a hybrid basis
  • Valid right to work in the UK for the foreseeable future

  • Hybrid model - 3 days can be worked over 4 - 5 days. Day off cannot be on Fridays. 1 to 2 days in the office. Additional if required for specific meetings.
