Location: Yeovil
Salary: £25,000 Basic - £56,000 OTE

The Role
As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will:
- Oversee the sales team's performance, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Manage finance and insurance products, presenting them to customers and securing agreements.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maximise profitability by offering additional products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with their purchase.
About You
You will be a team player with experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. You should have a flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management and administrative skills. A strong understanding of finance and insurance products is essential, along with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
