Court of Protection Solicitor – Local Client Base – Career Progression
About the firm:
A traditional and reputable firm based in Tameside who have established a strong local presence and are known for providing excellent legal services are looking for a dedicated Solicitor or FCILEx to join our esteemed Court of Protection Team.
What will you be doing?
You will manage and oversee your own caseload, provide supervision and guidance to junior team members, assist the Team Leader in the development and marketing of the team, and undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check prior to employment.
What can you bring to the team?
You must be a qualified Solicitor and/or FCILEx and have had decent exposure to Court of Protection work. This role is ideal for a candidate who meets the criteria as a Grade B fee earner under the Solicitors' guideline hourly rates. You will bring with you prior experience in this field, particularly in managing your own caseload and supervising junior team members.
