Role Responsibilities
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring audits are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and ensuring their development
- Liaising with clients to build relationships and provide audit-related advice
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of audits, reporting to managers and partners
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and keeping up to date with the latest industry developments

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in audit, ideally within a practice environment
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
- Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members
- Familiarity with audit software and compliance regulations
