As they continue to experience rapid organic growth, they are looking for a dynamic Internal AV Education Account Manager to join the team and contribute to continued success.

Role Overview:

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal AV Education Account Manager to manage and grow their educational accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing educational clients and identifying new opportunities to expand the reach within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing educational clients, ensuring their Audio Visual needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector, aiming to increase revenue and market share.
  • Business Development: Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Forecasting: Prepare weekly forecast for sales manager.

Based from their offices in Berkshire (this role could also be a hybrid one) salary is competitive and negotiable doe plus commission and benefits.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the AV or education sectors.
  • Strong understanding of AV solutions and their applications in educational settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support team objectives.
