Nexus Recruitment have been instructed by a market leading comsultancy on an exciting new role in the Surrey area. Our client is looking for an experienced Estate Manager/Building Manager to oversee all operations on a prestigious mixed-use development in Weybridge.
Core responsibilities:
- To provide operational management for the site, daily
- To ensure that all statutory risk assessments, examinations, inspections and tests are completed within the required timescales and accurate compliance records are maintained at all times.
- Proactively manage any defects identified during statutory risk assessments etc, maintaining a full audit trail of action taken through to completion within given timescales.
- Proactive management and on-going monitoring of all Hard and Soft services delivered on site to ensure effective delivery.
- Establishing planned preventative maintenance programmes where none exist.
Our client is looking for someone with experience managing commercial office space or retail units either on an estate or in a single building. This will suit someone already at a managerial level, with extensive experience managing their own portfolio. The following skillset/track record is preferred:
- A proven track record managing on site team
- Previous experience managing your own building/estate, office space is essential!
- Experience with large, complex service charge budgets
