SCHOOL ADMIN ASSISTANT.
School Admin assistant/receptionist required to work at a school in Birmingham.
Job Role:
Answering phone calls - speaking with parents and students
Monitoring emails
overlooking school visitors signing in/out
taking calls regarding absences and informing relevant teachers/attendance officer
passing information between relevant teachers/parents/pupils
Sorting and distributing post
Assisting with administration duties
Requirements:
school admin experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must have ENHANCED DBS disclosure
Hours: Monday to Friday full-time 8am-4pm
