Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 per annum

Role Overview:

As a specialist legal recruitment agency, we are seeking candidates on behalf of our client for the vital role of Money Laundering Reporting Officer. This role is integral to the firm's compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and ethical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and implementing AML policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and compliance audits.
  • Offering AML-related advice and guidance to all staff levels.
  • Facilitating AML training sessions across various sites.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in AML legislation and best practices.
  • Reporting to management and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Engaging with law enforcement and regulatory agencies when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven background in AML compliance, ideally in the legal or financial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK's AML regulatory framework.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Autonomous work ethic, with a capacity for team collaboration.
  • Availability for inter-site travel.
  • Valid UK driving license.
