Building Surveyor - Flexible and autonomous environment!
A leading and multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, servicing both private and public sector, are seeking a diverse Building Surveyor to join their open-minded team. The Building Surveyor will receive APC support where needed and will be encouraged to continue progression through other qualifications.
Role and responsibilities
The successful Building Surveyor will carry out both professional and project services to a range of clients, including free holders, developers, building managers and public sector bodies.
- Assistant on building safety works
- Contract administration for high rise remediation schemes
- Assisting with the tender process
- Building surveys and report writing

Person specification
- BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Good understanding of Building Safety works
- Experience with public and private sector clients
