Logistics Administrator

We are recruiting for a rapidly growing manufacturing company that prides itself on being a true market leader in the industry supplying well-known brands both in the UK and Globally.

The role offers:

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a pivotal part in the operations department bringing together the warehouse and despatch functions ensuring that customers receive their goods on time.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and issue daily stock picks
  • Updating online platforms for distribution of pallets
  • Arrange daily deliveries with 2PL and 3PL couriers both nationally and internationally
  • Allocation of stock, stock take and stock monitoring within the warehouse
  • Prepare all relevant documents for the couriers, customers and internal departments
  • General admin duties related to the role

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System
  • Experience in SAGE 200 is preferable but not essential
  • Proficient IT skills – Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Advanced communication skills

What you'll get:

  • A basic salary of £28,000
  • Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30 and Friday 06:00 – 14:00
