My clients a large Freight forwarding company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking experienced Transport Planner to join their busy team you will be responsible for ensuring all daily collections and delivery requirements are met.
Duties would include:
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Tracking movements of goods
- Route planning
- To ensure compliance with transport regulations and standards
- Preparing reports and maintaining transport records
- Liaising with transport and operations
- Resolving any issues from clients
- General admin
Skills required:
- Previous freight experience
- 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
- Good customer service skills
- Flexible with regards to shift work
- PC literate
- Full UK driving license
Working hours:
4 ON 4 OFF DAYS ON THEN 4 NIGHTS ON ROTATING SHIFT
