JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role will provide support to the Marketing Director by project managing various marketing activities and initiatives alongside the Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant.

The person will assist the Marketing Director with:

  • Developing social media campaigns and direct mail communications and tracking and reporting success
  • Optimising website content for SEO.
  • Analysing and reporting on digital marketing performance.
  • Updating our website and working with our legal teams to create engaging content.
  • Managing face-to-face and virtual events and seminars both in-house and at external venues.
  • Creating literature in line with their brand.
  • Working collaboratively and briefing agency partners such as graphic designers and web developers and ensuring brand consistency across all campaigns.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or relevant experience in a similar role at the Chartered Institute of Marketing or similar qualification at the Professional Certificate level
  • A minimum of three years of proven work experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience running E-marketing campaigns via platforms such as HubSpot.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing trends, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Have a creative mindset, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and compel users to take action.
  • Practical experience in keyword research, SEO management, email campaigns and social media.
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to be proactive and work under pressure.
  • Good time management skills and proven ability to manage various projects at a time.
