My client is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in Manchester! With a global presence, this company are involved with high profile projects in a wide variety of sectors. As a large multi-disciplinary, you will be working collaboratively with other teams in the company to achieve high standard services. My client's expertise in Planning spans all sizes and complexities, from infill to town centre regeneration, energy infrastructure, and strategic mixed-use schemes with 1,000+ homes.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be based out of their expanding Manchester office as part of the Planning and Development Team. You will be dealing with the day-to-day management of high-profile projects and clients, by providing clear, concise, and well-reasoned advice. The successful candidate will be supporting and mentoring junior team members and creating an approachable environment.
About you:
- Chartered town planner
- Minimum 2 years' experience while being MRTP qualified
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organisational skills
- Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prepare, submit and negotiate a range of planning applications
- A willingness to work as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to manage projects and work within financial budgets.
