We're looking for someone with demonstrable experience of organisational business planning and strategic plan development. The charity launched an ambitious ten-year strategy in 2021 and this role is pivotal in bringing that strategy to fruition.

Position: Associate Head of Strategy Delivery

Salary: £48,748 - £56,935, plus home working allowance of £500 or inner-London weighting of £3,366.

Location: United Kingdom - Remote or Flexible location

Vacancy Type: Permanent

Working Hours Per Week: Full time (35 hours)

The Role:

As Associate Head of Strategy Delivery, you will lead the Strategy Delivery Team, working with colleagues across the organisation to develop three-year business plans, targets and performance metrics. You will lead on the creation of highly informative performance and impact reporting, working with others to map out the path to 2031.

About you:

You will be a thoughtful collaborator, at the forefront of strategic thinking with experience of leading planning, monitoring, and reporting in a large and complex organisation. You will be supported by a skilled, fun and friendly team within the Strategy and Knowledge Directorate.

We are looking for someone with experience of:

  • Working as a manager or lead within a planning and performance function in a complex organisation
  • Playing a leading role in the end-to-end development and delivery of organisational strategy
  • Implementing organisation-wide changes to planning and/or performance practice
