Full training in Business Central for an experienced account ting software support consultant.
This small MS Dynamics reseller are looking for a new support consultant to join the team of 4 to work on application support on Business Central.
If you have current experience supporting accounting software please apply and I will try to call you to discuss.
What is the job?
You will be dealing with clients supporting accounting, distribution and CRM software.
You will take the initial call and hopefully be able to fix the issue quickly, or it might need further investigation that might take a day or two to figure out.
You will need to understand credits, debits, general ledger and be happy chatting to accounting folks about trial balance and nominal codes.
They will put you on the Business Central training which is all remote and you will do the certifications.
This job is fully remote and you will be working from home every day, so a track record of home working and enjoying it is vital.
