Description
As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for;
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to a member of the Executive Committee
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual who can manage a wide range of tasks,
- Anticipate needs, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office.
- Screen and prioritise incoming communications, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Draft responses where appropriate
- Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally
- Assist in the coordination of projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Other additional and /or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments
- Act as a liaison between the internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships
- Coordinate and manage communication with key contacts, including clients, partners, and board members
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key industry contacts and networks
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-suite
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Job Offer
- A salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 GBP per annum.
