Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000

The role of the Estimator - Cladding and Facades will involve:
- Estimator position producing estimates for a high end range of roofing, cladding and façade systems for both the commercial and residential market sectors
- Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
- Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
- Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
- Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
- Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
- Attending pre contract meetings where required
- Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Cladding and Facades experience with:
- Must have estimating experience within the construction industry
- Must have good technical knowledge of the façade industry (roofing, cladding, curtain walling, windows and doors, glazing, and rainscreen)
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
