An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a rapidly growing successful distribution business based in Bordon, for a 9-12 month period to cover maternity as a Customer Service Executive.

If you have are a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust with customers, this role is for you.

Customer Service Executive - About The Role

Working as part of a dynamic sales team, this is a varied role and you will be the primary contact for customer queries and support, maintaining accurate customer information and supporting the sales team to achieve their sales targets.

Main duties:

  • Provide professional customer service through inbound calls and the customer service inbox
  • Answer queries regarding company products and services
  • Guide customers through various processes, including setting up new accounts, logging issues, and ordering
  • Accurately process orders on the sales system via phone and email
  • Liaise with relevant departments to address, investigate, and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Ensure customer data is accurate and up to date, including conducting account checks and addressing challenges
  • Assist the sales team with follow-up tasks, such as company updates and order cancellations
  • Create and maintain accurate FAQs for the website

The successful Customer Service Executive will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish rapport and build trust with customers
  • Proactive and flexible approach to changing demands and priorities
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong team player
